When ordering from Troll and Toad...?

...and you choose to pay by cash you have to mail it to them. But who/where do you mail it out to? Is the adress on the website? This is my first time and could you also put it in those blue mailboxes? I also have no idea when it comes to mailing. Do I put a stamp on it too?
