Question about activities involving animals.?

My question is why are things such as bull riding, hunting, fishing, and weight pulling with dogs all alright but dog fighting is considered inhumane( i dont fight dogs and i hunt and fish im just wondering is to how these arent inhumane acts also) I mean like in bull riding they mess with their balls and piss them off, then in hunting and fishing your also killing animals but is it seen as alright because the animals they kill arent considered pets, then weight pulling im not sure if this one hurts them too but from videos it looks pretty bad.
