What is the difference between a "Frog" and a "Toad"?

Frogs have a moist smooth skin, and leap (hard to catch). Toads have a dry warty skin, and hop (easy to catch). Frogs are usually found in or close to water, while toads are often found in dryer habitats (though they do breed in water).
