I got the job in Norbreck hotel uk as a customer service manager, i want to know is this a scam or real ?

hi.. i got the message also.. i applied to the other hotel, highfield house, they replied to me and said theres no vacancy already so they forwarded my cv in norbreck.. i got accepted...same as you 4000 gp per month .. i applied as receptionist..ive done scanning docs also and now they offered me employment i really dont know if its true or not. I know that in foreign companies you are really ought to send money for visa. because its an assurance that you'll take it seriously because they will apply you in their government with fees ..so if you back while the papers are on process and they have already paid the fee thats their lost.. so theyre requiring fees for applicants. In case the applicant withdraws the application the company dont have any losses. But the weird thing is u have to send the money in western union and i think thats a little bit scary... My advice to you call the hotel and ask for patrcik benedict if its true..ill do the same
