I would like to apply for sia licence but been in prison in 2007 for driving while disqualification.....?

i been in prison in 2007 for driving for disqualification ... without driving license and without insurance ... but now i have full driving license as well and this crime is not listed in SIA criminal records checks so can i apply for sia license soooo plz reply me soon as any one can thankssss
