I was pretty sure naruto had sasuke beat wen he learned to use toad sage but then wen he seen sasuke he said he wasn't strong enough. Which is bs but now he's got complete control of nine tails chakra and he's been trained to use it by bee and he can gather natural chakra in a matter of moments and sasuke has unlimited mangekyou sharingan so who do you think will win?
