There is a lot to consider here. First he spent all that time on the phone and doesn't make sure he gets you back to the mall these are not any qualities you would look for in a boyfriend. You did the right thing with the no contact but if you go back too quick he wouldn't have learned to never do this again. Wait this out till he comes thru with a grand gesture that could be a week or two he needs to do something special to show you he's sorry. It's obvious you know your worth and like anything of value you work hard for it. So be that mercedes and let him work to get you because after all the work he will cherish you because you have so much value.
