I am plannning to apply for SIA.?

WELL, i used to work in retail store in the US. back in 07, i accidently sold beer to a minor, a minor sent by the cop, it was rush at the store so i didnt take any notice. i had to stay in the cell for few hrs but the my case got dismissed. in my scenario , what are my chances of getting my SIA??
