Help with Sweet 16!!!?

So my sweet 16 is in August and I need serious help! I have no clue what to do!! I thought about staying in a nice hotel and then going shopping but counting myself there will be 9 girls, so that's to many people for one room and it cost to much for two rooms. I also thought about renting a cabin, having a scavenger hunt, and making s'mores but my twin friends did that for their 14th birthday. So what do you think I should do? Anything will be helpful! Maybe you can tell me what you did for your birthday? But I need to know what I should do, where, decorating, etc! Thanks!
